Action time and yes man!

I know it's June now but I wonder if you ever created a New Year's resolution list? Or just a list of things you want to do in your life? Have you ever sticked to it? Did you actually remember about it say month later? I'm quite persistent but it still didn't help me to ever go through the list for longer than few months... So this year I decided not to plan too much and just have a rule - 1 new experience every month and saying yes to the things I would normally say no (but I mean normal things!see Yes Man movie with Jim Carrey!). It doesn't matter what that is as long as you stick to it. Just do something you never done before even it is just attending a spinning class, meet with the friend you always say you're too busy etc. When you take action you affect the world. Action gives birth to experience, so if you want to learn really fast take action! You can't plan your life because you don't know what's behind the corner, but you may go to that spinning class you always avoided and meet the love of your life, and new experience begins. This is also a very good way to find your passions if you don't quite know where to look.
My friend asked me if I wanted to do a 22 miles charity walk, so thanks to my rule I said yes, even though I sooo regreted it after actually walking for those 22 miles :D But one thing led to another, we are now recording a video for charity and are going to Africa next year.
Tomorrow I'm taking part in University Fashion Show, I'm so excited and nervous at the same time, and also so happy I have a chance to participate. I'm going to meet designers that are starting their journey in big fashion world, people full of passion and hopes, it's actually their big day, so I shouldn't be the one who is nervous :D They will have a chance to meet their potential employers, their decisions in selecting which designs will get 'yes man!' and will be in the show are vital and can decide about their future career. Let's not forget that apart from art, fashion is a massive business world.
